Relaxation for adults

Treatment is only accessible to people over 16 years old - accompanied.
Our massages are body massages, beauty and well-being treatments, non-therapeutic and non-medical.

All hotel guests have free access to the aquatic access, it cannot therefore be privatized.

 

Care schedule

The first availability for any treatment is at 11:30 a.m. As for the last treatment, this will be carried out at 7:15 p.m.

 

Arrival at the Spa

We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.

 

Duration of care

A late arrival will not result in an extension of treatment. We leave the practitioner free choice to shorten the latter.

 

Cancellation or postponement policy

In the event of cancellation or postponement of an appointment, please notify the Spa team at least 48 hours before the initial date.

Otherwise, any appointment will be due and the acceptance of a postponement or cancellation will be at the sole discretion of the professional.

 

Access condition

For pregnant women: 

As a preventative measure, we only offer treatments such as prenatal massage or facial treatments - only from the second trimester. 

 

Please notify the team of any medical problems (progressive or contagious illness; allergies, etc.) when making an appointment. Certain treatments may not be recommended.

In the event of a failure or omission, we leave the practitioner free to choose whether or not to perform the treatments.

 

Gift vouchers

To please your loved ones, consider offering gift vouchers. They are valid for 12 months.
